Metabolic Makeover

Improve your metabolism...improve your physical and mental health I’m very excited to announce that I’ve been working with my dietetic colleague and friend Beck Newton to develop a Metabolic Makeover 3-hour introductory presentation. Our first presentation is being held on Saturday 18th February.

This presentation is ideally suited to anyone who is looking to understand how to support their metabolism through diet and lifestyle in order to maximise energy, vitality, mood, brain function and so much more. Come along and find out how improving your metabolism can help improve your health, sense of wellbeing and prevent chronic conditions.

In this session we will cover:

  • why poor metabolic health can be the root of conditions like type 2 diabetes, fatigue, joint pain, high blood pressure, fatty liver, food cravings, PCOS and low mood

  • tips on nutrition that will help improve your metabolism and energy levels

  • the role gut health plays and how food and mood are connected

  • physical activity – getting the right balance

  • the relationship between stress, sleep and metabolism

  • tests to assess metabolic health and a Q&A.

Beck and I are both experienced health professionals who work with individuals and groups to improve a range of health conditions. We're both passionate about helping people find and maintain a flexible, relaxed and balanced approach to food and eating. This 3-hour session offers great value (costing less than the average 1-hour individual consultation). It's time to invest in your future health and wellbeing.

We believe that focusing on improving metabolic health provides a more flexible, balanced and sustainable approach than any of the other weight-centric programs being promoted, especially during the usual new year’s resolution sales pitch period.

If you, a friend, work colleague or a family member thinks they might benefit from coming along, head over to the registration page to find out more on cost and how to register.

Registration includes afternoon tea.
